Refund Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026 Version: 2026-07-18

These policies govern your relationship with Calendoria. Businesses using Calendoria publish separate policies for their own customers.

This policy applies to fees paid directly to Calendoria for Calendoria subscriptions, trial setup charges, messaging credits, and related platform purchases.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a Calendoria subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access to paid features until that date and will not be charged for the next period.

2. Subscription fees

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins because platform access and capacity are made available immediately. We do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation, plan changes, account inactivity, or failure to use available features.

We will provide a refund or other remedy where required by law and may approve one for a duplicate charge, billing error, prolonged service failure attributable to Calendoria, or another exceptional circumstance.

3. Trials and setup charges

Trial length, the amount charged at signup, the renewal price, and the renewal date are displayed before payment. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to prevent the paid subscription from starting.

If a trial setup charge is expressly described at checkout as refundable, you may request its return before the paid subscription begins. A setup charge is not refundable after a paid subscription has begun unless required by law or the charge was duplicated or made in error.

4. Email and SMS credits

Credits are digital service units added to a Calendoria tenant account. Consumed credits and credits that have funded messages already submitted to a provider are non-refundable. Unused credits are generally non-refundable, but we will review duplicate purchases, technical errors, and legally required cancellation requests. Promotional, bonus, or complimentary credits have no cash value.

5. Transaction and application fees

This policy does not decide refunds owed by a tenant business to its customer for an appointment, product, membership, gift card, or other business purchase. The tenant business controls that sale and must publish and follow its own refund and cancellation terms.

Stripe processing fees, application-fee treatment, disputes, connected-account balances, and payout reversals may affect the amount and timing of a transaction refund. Calendoria does not guarantee that third-party processing fees will be returned.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback does not expand refund rights. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restriction, without limiting rights available under applicable law.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the account and include the business name, charge date, amount, invoice or receipt identifier, and reason for the request. Do not send complete payment card numbers.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control when the credit appears, which commonly takes several business days.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, charge-reversal, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that legal right applies.
